You all crowd around Pythia to see the computer screen. The desktop of the computer seems pretty bare. Whoever S. Kopek is (or was, considering the circumstances), they keep a very tidy workspace. There are two file folders. One is labeled "Schematics", and the other "Test Data". Below the folders is a Mail icon, and over in the bottom right corner of the screen is a trash bin.

Check the trash bin first as if there is anything there, there won't be too much/anything useful. Then Mail, Schematics and Test Data; in that order.

Maybe see if we can copy/forward anything useful to our Tims. Oh, and see if there's a way to protect the computer from AI intrusions; which may be under test data I suppose.

Mailing info is a time bomb IMHO.

Once Daisy works out how to even mail server, she'll parse the emails real fast.

Oh, that gives me an idea.

Pull the network plug? Yes, prevent intrision, if possible. Probably need the network for email access.

Start looking.

I'm honestly not sure which is safer. Disconnecting the network will notify Daisy Bell of our position, but leaving it on might also, and would leave the computer vulnerable. If we avoid network interactions, we should be able to remain unnoticed, even connected. I recommend checking everything that doesn't require a network connection, and reevaluating afterward.

Good plan.

disconnecting / de-powering computers sounds like a good short term plan. Daisy won't have access to restart them I wouldn't think. Maybe we could do that as the last move when leaving the floor?

Alternatively, if someone is good enough with programming and the network there, they could write a worm that replicates across computers and shuts them down once replicated. That would have the benefit of blinding Daisy to some degree. Would also tick her off, which is fun. :D

... oh, wait, she's controlling the plasma gun holders...

Check trash bin, email, and testing.

Warning / Heads up.

They should start looking for non-network connected communications for themselves. (or maybe a VPN?)

Once Daisy works out how to infiltrate the TIIMs email server, and gets a proper handle on the networking, she'll be able to track the movements of our heroes.

Why? Presumably the wireless network has nodes to which the TIIMs connect. Daisy could email anyone who has sent mail recently to see where their TIIM collects the mail from. An approximate location would be gained each time.

I wonder if any of our peeps could write a virus and upload it to Daisy somehow..
